    • You cannot present a valid ticket

    • You do not meet the age requirement

5. Table Reservations (Third-Party Booking Platform)

  • Table bookings are managed through a third-party booking provider.

  • By using the reservation link, you agree to the terms of the external booking site.

  • Any issues with your reservation should be addressed to the third-party provider directly, although we will assist where possible.

 

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. We do not store your card details.

  • If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order, in which case we will contact you.
     

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Tickets: No refunds unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed.

  • Food: Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion in the event of an issue (e.g. incorrect order, missing item).

  • Reservations: Cancellation policies for table bookings are subject to the third-party provider's terms.
     

8. Allergies and Dietary Information

  • If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform staff clearly at the time of ordering.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to potential cross-contamination.
